Membership

Aureum Vault is a private, membership-based exchange. Membership is granted at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time for violation of these terms or for conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform.

Verification

All members must complete identity verification. We reserve the right to request additional documentation and to decline membership without explanation.

Transactions

• All transactions must be conducted through approved escrow services
• Asset descriptions must be accurate and complete
• Commission rates are as published on our Commission page
• Disputes will be arbitrated according to the governing law clause

Prohibited Activities

• Listing assets you do not have legal authority to sell
• Misrepresenting asset condition, provenance, or ownership
• Circumventing escrow or commission arrangements
• Sharing member information without consent

Aureum Vault facilitates connections between verified buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the completion of transactions, or the performance of any party. All due diligence is the responsibility of the transacting parties.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
