When a buyer and seller align on category, price range, condition and location, both parties are notified by email. No contact details are shared at this stage — just the match summary and a score.
To unlock the other party's contact details and initiate direct contact, a Member subscription is required. Members also gain access to the full buyer feed with contact details, direct messaging and match history.
Before any sensitive information (provenance documents, detailed authentication, home address) is shared, both parties sign a digital mutual NDA. This is handled through the platform and takes minutes.
Parties negotiate directly. For transactions above $10,000 we strongly recommend independent escrow. The platform collects a 1–1.5% commission on successful completion.
