Terms of Use

Last updated: April 2026 · These terms govern your use of the Aureum Vault platform.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Aureum Vault, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. The platform

Aureum Vault is a private introduction service that connects buyers and sellers of collectables, precious metals, fine art and specialist assets. We are not a licensed financial adviser, dealer, auctioneer, or estate agent. We do not provide valuations, authentication services, or legal advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally capable of entering contracts to use the platform. The platform is intended for individuals and entities acting in good faith with genuine intent to buy or sell.

4. Listings

Listings must be accurate and not misleading. You must have legal authority to sell any asset you list. We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion, including those we believe are fraudulent, misleading, or in breach of these Terms.

5. No warranties

Aureum Vault makes no warranty that: (a) matches will result in a sale; (b) any buyer or seller is financially capable or trustworthy; (c) any asset is authentic, as described, or of any particular value. All due diligence, including authentication and valuation, is the sole responsibility of the transacting parties.

6. Platform commission

A commission of 1.5% (Member) or 1% (Executive) is payable to Aureum Vault on successful completion of a transaction facilitated through the platform. Minimum commission is $2,500 AUD. Attempting to circumvent platform commission by taking introductions off-platform is a breach of these Terms.

7. Membership fees

Membership fees are non-refundable once access to the platform is granted. Membership may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate membership for breach of these Terms without refund.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aureum Vault's liability to you is limited to the total membership fees paid in the 12 months preceding the relevant event. We are not liable for any loss arising from: failed transactions, fraudulent counterparties, inaccurate listings, or any reliance on platform information.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
