Yes. Submitting a buy or sell listing is completely free and requires no account. Your listing will be matched and you'll receive notifications. A membership is only required when you want to unlock buyer contact details and initiate direct contact.

Aureum Vault's buyer discovery engine continuously monitors Reddit WTB threads (r/coins, r/WatchExchange, r/baseballcards, r/stamps and more), eBay Wanted listings, Facebook Marketplace, and specialist collector forums. Every buyer signal is reviewed and scored for intent before appearing in the feed.

The platform commission (1.5% for Member, 1% for Executive) is collected by Aureum Vault on successful transaction completion. It is separate from your membership fee and from any dealer or broker fees you negotiate directly.

All transactions above $10,000 can be secured through independent escrow. Before any contact details are shared, both parties sign a digital mutual NDA. KYC identity verification is completed on all active members.

Yes, you can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Membership fees are non-refundable as access to the exchange has been granted.
